Yearscapes is a free tool to help you plan a yard layout and visualize approximately how it might grow over time. It's a planning aid, not a professional landscaping, arborist, or engineering service.
The growth timeline, plant sizes, and appearances shown in the app are estimates based on typical species behavior. Actual growth depends on your climate, soil, sunlight, watering, and care, and will vary — sometimes significantly — from what's shown. Nothing in the app is a guarantee of how your yard will actually look or grow.
Some product links in the app may, now or in the future, be affiliate links to third-party plant retailers. If you buy something through one of those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We don't control those retailers' pricing, inventory, or shipping.
You can create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. Either way, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the plans and data you create in your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that data.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We're not liable for decisions you make based on what the app shows you, including plant purchases, placement, or care.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
